Before BlueSky, Terry oversaw the management of a multi-family apartment community and two senior communities for Amurcon Realty, demonstrating a strong commitment to resident well-being. She also served in key roles with BECO Asset Management and Park Properties, gaining deep expertise in leasing, inspections, and compliance. Earlier in her career, Terry held leadership positions in hospitality, finance, and administration, consistently recognized for her organization and customer care.
