Charlottesville’s ‘townies’ and students get along great. But Wahoos tend to want to stay within certain pockets to be close to classes, athletic facilities, and the Corner. If you’re a student, remember that the rental cycle is very seasonal…with many leases signed as early as October for the upcoming year.
