Director of Maintenance

At the forefront of our maintenance team is Mr. Matt Bloxsom! As the Director of our Maintenance Department Matt brings over 20 years of maintenance experience to the table and specializes in plumbing repairs. He was born in Milford, Connecticut but relocated to Charlottesville years ago. When Matt is off the clock he spends all of his free time coaching his kids sports teams, driving them to events and being an all around "sports" dad! He lives locally in the area with his wife & 3 kids.
