Jeff Bloxsom CCIM, CPM, AMS

Managing Partner / President

As a Charlottesville native and UVA grad, Charlottesville has been central to Jeff's life since the day he was born. Upon earning a B.A. in History from UVA, Jeff had an urge to live the big city life and ventured up and down the eastern seaboard with stops in New York City, Washington D.C., and Atlanta, GA. At each stop, Jeff knew real estate was the world he wanted to be in and worked in different sectors, ranging from Multifamily Development and Sales, Wireless Real Estate and Retail Investment Sales. Meeting his wife Kate along the way, the call to return home to Charlottesville to begin raising a family became louder and in 2007, the move was made and Jeff returned home. After an initial stop at CB Richard Ellis, Jeff joined then HasBrouck Management and since 2011, has served as its President. Under Jeff's leadership, BlueSky Property Management (HasBrouck rebranded to BlueSky in 2022) has seen explosive growth, tripling the size of its portfolio of managed properties. Mr. Bloxsom has also led the charge in BlueSky's acquisition of multiple property management companies, including Nest Property Management in 2020. Jeff is passionate about Charlottesville, Real Estate and providing the community with great places to live. Jeff has served and continues to serve on a number of Boards, including United Way-Greater Charlottesville, McIntire Little League, Christian Educators Outreach, and The Covenant School. He also is active in youth sports and has lost count of the number of baseball, basketball and football teams he has coached. With his wife Kate, they have 3 boys, Beau, Sam, and Jeb.
